Interview at Barnardo's as an assistant Shop Manager

Just been offered an interview at Barnardo's and really thrilled.

Wondered if anyone had any advice on what questions they might ask at the interview? Want to be as prepared as possible.

Will obviously do some research on internet, but thought someone might have recent or personal experience.

Thanks

Since you will be in a leadership position they might ask how you handle conflict between employees.

How you manage different personalities and making sure employees are developing and gaining new skills. I would think these would come up.

Good luck on your interview!!!!

Congratulations and good luck for the interview. Following on from Marshmallow, be prepared to talk about motivating unpaid volunteers and handling scheduling issues / conflicts etc.

I used to do that job, it was great. One thing I was asked at interview was how I would recruit volunteers.
