Just this really.....nurse and midwife for 19 years but back has gone. Need non clinical ideas please!

I work for a medical device manufacturer for twice the money, permanently WFH in a chair that's good for my back, never looked back. Clinical research is a very good non back-breaking route to take also!

Lots you can do, search for clinical affairs, medical affairs, clinical research remote roles (If WFH appeals to you).
