Varifocals and vertigo

I love my new glasses! And adjusted to them really well. However, when I open the car door (when parked) I feel like the car is moving and I panic. Anyone else?

Yes this happened to me. They took quite a bit for me to get used to them and I had them adjusted a couple of times. Love them now though.
