How are Yodel so shit?

Item ordered on 21st Dec, still not received. Been at their depot twice🤷🏼‍♀️

Hermes: item ordered on 30th received yesterday
DHL: item ordered from Austria in 30th received today.

Yodel can’t even travel the 20 miles from their sorting hub😡

i remember once opening the door on one trying to sneak a not home leaflet through my door.We were living in a second floor flat and he didn't want to bring it up the stairs.I have a problem with my legs, but i got my cat food in bulk delivered.So i need someone to take it up the stairs as it is very heavy .Thankfully because i caught him in the act he had to oblige .Felt sorry for him but i got it delivered for a reason
