Can you help me make a 40th special?

My DH wanted a party for his 40th in three weeks but has decided it's not really the right thing to do under the current circumstances and people might feel uncomfortable about coming etc.
I would like to make it special somehow without the party, any ideas gratefully received!

Here are some ideas -
A silent disco outside
Breakfast delivered
Train to a new town
Pub lunch
Something fun and random like tubing or climbing

I am in the same situation and have booked a private chef to come to our house and cook dinner (I've also invited his two best friends). I'm setting up a little bar as well to make us some cocktails and we will hopefully enjoy a special dinner with none of the stress of cooking myself!
I've also gone a bit OTT with decorations (have ordered a balloon arch) and had a cake made instead of a homemade one.

My dh's idea of special is us grabbing some dc - free time. His birthday is just after Xmas and we once took flasks of soup and coffee to a lovely woods we take our ddogs to! Then home for cake with close family!
