It’s been in a month and it hasn’t stopped yet.
I had it put in as the progesterone part of the HRT that I’m on.
Before I was having very heavy periods every 3 weeks despite taking utrogestan daily.
I can’t reduce the oestrogen I’m on because my menopausal symptoms return.
Gp said the mirena would help.
I’m sure it will stop in time but I’m so fed up of the constant bleeding.
