Gift ideas for sister-in-law 40th

It’s my sister-in-law 40th coming up shortly & looking for a nice to do for her birthday

She took me for afternoon tea in London for my big birthday last year so would like to do something nice for her this year especially as it’s her 40th.

Does anyone have any nice ideas of what I could do? I don’t really want to do afternoon tea again. As we’ve done that a lot over the years really. Would like something different? Preferably up town in London.

Otoh - is afternoon tea her thing? Did she get it for you cos she thinks it's a massive treat? She might be disappointed if you don't.

Ooo some of these sound fab thank you! Maybe a couple out of my price range but would love to do them.

@PicaK I mean yes she does like afternoon tea but I don’t think she’d be upset if I didn’t go with that. I just wanted to do something a bit different for her.
