Music on "Rick Stein's Cornwall" please identify

Watching Rick Stein on BBC2 and a few moments ago he was out with a fisherman in choppy waters. The beautiful piece of classical music playing in the background reminds me so much of my late mother (I remember her playing the record when I was a child).

Please can anyone identify what it is?
