Ear plugs

Can anyone recommend some really good, noise cancelling ear plugs that will fit a 12 year old please.

I think bio ears are good

I think the orange 3MC ones are good. You can squeeze them to be really small to get in smaller ears.

I buy a brand called Quies foam earplugs from amazon. They are a perfect fit

The disposable foam ones from boots are the best in my opinion, you can squeeze them to fit any ear size and they block sound really well. There's a knack to putting in foam ear plugs though, you have to roll them into a tight cone then slip the cone in quickly while pulling your ear up with the other hand.

If there’s a more serious issue you can get them fitted at hearing aid specialists, or I think specsavers might do them too.
They’re expensive, mind.

Worn them for years
Go up to a really high decibel cut out
