Is This A Reputable Site?

Hi all, my DGD age 16 is planning on going to Reading festival after her exams with a group of friends.
Fine by me, but sadly her Mother, my DD, did not buy her ticket in time.
I have just come across ‘viagogo’ where I can buy her a ticket, albeit at a vastly inflated price Shock. Soo, have any of you guys used this site?

Viagogo is a very well known site, I'm not sure that it has a good reputation though. I'd be very careful about the Ts and Cs

Viagogo is a legitimate site but it does massively inflate prices. Does TicketMaster sell them? Again, sometimes overpriced but nothing like Viagogo.

I've only used it as a seller of tickets I couldn't use. They were absolutely horrendous and near impossible to get hold of to resolve a minor issue that they escalated into a major issue. Never again.

For ticket sales you could try setting an alert on twickets for them, it's meant to be fan to fan selling.

viagogo is a legitimate reseller site but they dont have a good reputation for customer service and hugely inflate prices second the see if ticketmaster is selling tickets i always go with them for gig tickets and if something is cancelled they are excellent at refunding

Thanks all, I have tried Ticket Master tho they don’t have any left, they say they might get some later, but I don't want to risk leaving it too late.
I will definitely look into setting an alert on twickets……..thanks Revolution.
I will certainly go through T and Cs with a fine tooth comb.

Just off to have a word with my very laid back (dozy) Daughter.
