For cooking with!

Dh has been given 3 bottles of wine for Xmas.
Neither of us drink red wine, but I saw a recipe for spaghetti bolognaise calling for some

Which would you use for cooking with and once opened how long will it last?

I’d use one of the merlot, at least 3-4 days. You could freeze leftover in ice cube tray and when frozen put in plastic bag, then defrost some when you need for future recipes

Wine drinkers generally find there’s none let to freeze but definitely freeze in cubes not in the bottle

Don’t waste the Malbec in cooking.
Use one of the merlots. I can see one is Chilean but I can’t see where the orange label Merlot is from.

I'd save the Argentinian Malbec and give it to someone who drinks red wine.

Either of the others would be ok for cooking.
