Hi all,

Wondering if anyone could help.

I ordered an expensive thing from a known company. Paid express delivery so I get it for Wednesday.

I placed the order on 1.1 and it said expected delivery 5.1

I paid using paypal. It still says pending authorisation.

Website says status in process.

After reading reviews I highly doubt it will turn up let alone be sent by the 5.1.

Will I be able to get my money back if I don’t receive it by the 5.1?

Depends why it is pending authorisation and whether it is a product that is eligible for a refund. If it isn't the sellers fault then they will be told not to dispatch until authorised and PayPal do put extra security checks on payments. If that subsequently means it is late then that isn't their fault. Maybe contact the company and ask them to cancel the order seen as they are the only ones that will know?

It's probably not been processed because of the bank holiday. It'll probably be processed tomorrow and dispatched for delivery on Wednesday.

But yeah you'll be able to cancel your order if not.
