What to do on Bank Holiday Monday

If I don't want to go for a nice walk. I don't have littlies now so it's just me and DH. He's the one who suggested a nice walk. Ugh. Or a bloody National trust place (if there are any open).

I go back on shift on Tuesday and have done nothing apart from laundry and cooking the last few days. Shopping's not great here in my locale; West Midlands, and I don't really want to traipse around the shops.

What is there to do?

Go to the pub for a boozy lunch then come home for a nice nap

Cinema maybe, Spiderman was pretty awesome if that's your bag. Second a nice boozy lunch and nap, heaven. Not sure where in West Midlands but maybe trip to somewhere pretty for a wander and some lunch (I'm Shropshire so would recommend Ironbridge, Shrewsbury or Bridgnorth for example). Art gallery or museum. We have a little one so we're off to the zoo.
