I live in London with my 12 month old daughter. Baby dad is in prison so at the time when I first registered her birth , it is not allowed to put father's name unless we attended together because we aren't married.
I would like to know if it is possible to re register a birth to add father's detail while he is in prison and if they can accompany him to court to fill parental form documents?
Also if possible, once dad is listed on birth certificate, would it help from being deported?
