Joe Wicks where to start?

I used to do a fair amount of fitness had a PT etc and by the end of 2020 gave up. 2021 I’ve walked occasionally but in reality it’s been a right off exercise or diet wise I did a few weeks of pilates. I’m wondering now where to start on the Joe Wicks programme intermediate or beginner?

I want to use his app for a few weeks before getting back into the gym myself.

Start on beginner. You can always move to Intermediate if you're finding it too easy. I started on beginner but added weights or did add-on ab finisher. There's also a lot of on-demand content which you can use to switch things up, which are more challenging. Better to start easy and not get put off.

I've just started with the app. I don't have a problem with the exercise - it's the food that's my downfall.
If you are prepared to plan, change the way you eat - and enjoy really nice food I can recommend it.
Too early to report back on results!
