Joke - I don't get it

This has been annoying me since Christmas Day - I got this joke in a cracker: What does Dracula take when he's sick? Con-medicine. What?? Can anyone more intelligent explain? None of us got it!

It's meant to be coffin medicine. There's already been a thread.

Google suggests this was an error and should say coffin medicine!

There was another thread about this last week - it's a typo. It's supposed to be 'coffin-medicine'.
