Most thoughtful present?

I need inspiration.... my wonderful sister has a big birthday coming up this month and she is incredibly thoughtful, I'm really stuck as to what to get her... I'm buying a 'proper' present with my other sister, but I wanted to get her/do something else that isn't material as such. What's the most thoughtful gift you've ever received? I was originally thinking photobook kind of thing but that's been done a lot. She has two children, doesn't drink an awful lot and is very conscious of what she eats. I don't have a massive budget....

The thing about thoughtful presents is that what is thoughtful for one person won't work for another! What interests does she have that she is passionate about, or what would improve her life?

Well received thoughtful presents I have given or received in the past have been a copy of a much loved book from childhood, a print of a location of a shared holiday, a piece of tech to help me play my audio books in the car when driving to work (and setting this up for me) and a piece of art featuring my pet.

This year's most thoughtful gift came from my parents. They'd noticed my slippers were threadbare and scruffy so they bought my a lovely NorthFace duvet style slippers. Have barely taken them off! I love them!
