2022 accountability

Anyone want to join me to help motivate me?

This year I want to-

Lose a stone
Be more grateful
Do more exercise
Declutter the house and keep it visitor ready as much as possible
Meal plan and eat more healthily
Be nicer to DH - he is a good man and I have taken him for granted
Keep trying for another dc ( but accept it may be too late if it doesn't happen)
Stop being walked over at work and if I don't get a promotion leave for pastures new

I hope this will make me happier and healthier and this will then rub off on DH and dc!

This year I will:
Lose 22lbs a by 31st June (for an event)
Read more books
Spend less than 90 minutes a day on social media apps
Knit 22 garments (socks count as 2 lol)

I’m also doing red January but just moving in some way each day - I don’t really run - so yoga, swimming etc etc. I’ve been swimming this morning (it was bloody cold in the sea and I only lasted 10 minutes - nb I’m not in the uk!)

Mine are to lose a stone by March
To eat 5 portions of fruit and veg a day (as a family too)
To be more on top of paperwork
Keep on top of chores
Read all the books I have before I buy any new ones. That should take me to the end of the year.
Put my phone down and talk to dc more.

Welcome!

So I've just weighed and I'm 11.2 so starting low carbing today.

DH bought me a bottle of Baileys which I will need to finish this month though!

I've got a bag of stuff ready to donate to charity and have listed some stuff on vimted.

Trying to be more affectionate with DH too..it doesn't come naturally to me so I need to remember!
