I've just put on the gammon.
When I opened it, there was quite a bit of liquid in pack, which I've never had before (though this is a huge joint, I usually get small)
As far as I can tell it smells OK, (half-asleep and stuffed up with allergies though).
Will it be OK? The use by date is 15th Jan.
