She was only a few weeks away from her 100th birthday. Ah how I loved her as Rose in The Golden Girls.

In all seriousness though, the world will be that little bit dimmer without her in it.

Ah no.

There's a brilliant documentary on her career on Netflix, only watched it recently. Was amazed at all her early TV work, involving devising and producing the shows herself.

Betty White was older than sliced bread, where I'm from people always say that Sliced Bread is the best thing since Betty White.

I know it's not possible, but I always thought she'd live forever.
