I have absolutely fucking CANED it this year, my alcohol intake has been obscene all year. I've been terrible to myself (depression due to several life events). So as of tomorrow I'm tee-total and my physical and mental health comes above all else. Remaining fags will be cut up and binned too. I'd like to have something nice to drink on a Saturday night, but alcohol free. So it still feels like a weekend treat. Can anyone recommend anything?
