Best way of dealing with white hairs?

Weirdly I’ve had the odd white hair since my early 20s which I’ve just pulled out. Now at 42 I suddenly seem to have loads. Completely white and very fine like the rest. Actually been putting loads of effort into myself lately. Dropped 2 dress sizes, now a 14, gave up booze, lots of fresh air and exercise so am looking better than I have in years. Now the white hair seems pretty aging. Am dark brown naturally. I was wondering about a semi permanent light brown so they’d look like natural highlights.

Any recommendations for something easy to do at home?

That is exactly what I do: semi permanent brown which looks blanket coverage at first then fades to highlights. Been doing this for years now. It never really washes out completely.

I use Casting or Nice n Easy, get it at TESCO, do it at home. Cheap!

I'm having the same issue!
Want to find a way to cover them without having to pay and get my hair done all the time 🙄

Worried that if I get a box for Tesco that it won't match my hair colour very well. Oh the struggles!! 😂

Thank you. I’m going to give it a go. How often do you redo? Monthly give or take?

I have this same issue but I’m only 32! I’d love to get grey highlights, I think they look lovely on dark hair, but can’t afford salon prices all the time. I like the semi permanent brown idea, thanks!

Would the semi permanent just colour the white and not change the darker brown? I don't want to colour the brown just the whites!

Semi permanent won’t lighten hair as no bleach. In theory it should give the rest a glossy shine🤞🏻

Many women dye. Some of us don’t, which is also fine.

The semi permanent dyes all of your hair.
