Didn't know what to put as the title, had too much Christmas wine. We're looking at events to plan in the for the next year, day trips or weekends away. We like food, books, antiques and vintage and not averse to a bit of vintage car/transport too. Have enjoyed visits to Ludlow food festival, Shrewsbury food festival, Hay (but not during the festival, tried that and it's not really our bag), Kielder forest, Builth Wells antiques festival and a short course at the School of Artisan Food. Was looking at Apple Day events but not really found anything - would love to know if there's anything going on for that.
Has anyone got anything to recommend that they've enjoyed? Open to any location, can always do a trip away if not close enough for a day trip.
