Has anyone else read the Indra Nooyi autobiography? Is there something I'm missing? The take away, as far as I can make out, is to be born into an amazing family, work really hard (and have free childcare provided by family at crucial times in your career), accept you won't see your friends, husband or kids much for years, and then you can have a stellar career.
So much of that seems to hinge of the family you are born into, so as not to be helpful. Esp when pitched as a book about work, family and life.
