Do I need a Fit to Fly test for Spain?

I'm confused. Spanish govt website says no test needed so long as vaccinated but a neighbour just got back and she said they needed to get a Fit to Fly pcr test in UK before going to Spain.

We're going in 5 days and I'm panicking.

Any recent experience gratefully received!

No, as long as you're double vaccinated (or under 12yo) you don't need to test.

You will need to fill this form out though.

Phew, thanks Shmithecat2, that's what I thought. Yes, I've partially completed that form, the rest can't be done till 48 hours before.

I need to ask my neighbour why she had to do the Fit to Fly thing....
