Hi MN
Is it worth fifty quid for a family ticket with two skate aids?
Is there anything else around the gardens as I know the ice sculptures is not on this year and the Xmas markets closed already.
Thanks in advance Flowers

I don't personally think it's really worth it. Small. Crowded. Churned up ice if busy. Go if it's dead. Can you get panto tickets at the opera house instead? If it's still on.

Or tram to Altrincham for 2 hours on a decent size ice rink. Still expensive. Better rink.

Or lunch in town always nice? Round there inthe corn exchange there are all the Asian theme restaurants like pho and trying to remember lovely place but definitely in corn exchange, or Salvi's Italian. Or yo sushi in the Arndale

I’ve only walked past it a few times so not used it but it doesn’t look worth it and the times I’ve seen it it was very crowded .

Cheers. It is something we used to do. Only one that was accepting skate aids booking, is all. Thanks for replying - sadly, I think you are right.
