Petit bateau sold me out of stock item for second time

Has anyone else had a problem with this? It annoys me as it was only worth me paying the postage if buying both items I chose , and no other shop has ever sold me something that isn’t there (and then emailed me to say the item is out of stock .)
Last time they wouldn’t cancel the rest of the order and again this time I’ve had to email to ask them to as don’t see why I should be out of pocket if it’s not the order I paid for. I hope I’m not being unreasonable as haven’t been impressed either time!

Oh they're the WORST. I ordered twice from them and it happened both times. The things took eons to arrive too.

Massively overpriced too.

There seems a fundamental issue with their ordering system if this can happen regularly, I minded they didn’t compensate last time when the error was theirs and even if they do it’s an irritating waste of time to order something non existent more than once!
I agree on the overpricing too and only look at it in the sale but am still disappointed
