Hey all,

I am wondering if feeling rib cage pain, lower back pain, lower abdominal pain, cervical pain, sciatica pain is all normal at this stage or if it is a mild sign of labour starting ? I have been feeling this rubbish now for 3 days, I can not have a proper sleep at night, due to the pain and the many trips to the loo, I have got gestational diabetes and my baby is above weight but still not heavy enough for them to induce me earlier. I got an appointment in 5 days which they will decide if they will leave me to 41 weeks or induce me at 39 weeks. These pains are preventing me from doing normal things such as walk or stand up, even leaving bed is a torture. Is all of this normal ? (First pregnancy here)

I had lots of aches and pains at the last stages! I would get cramping when lay on my left side as well in bed.

I don't know whether it's a sign or not but I did go into natural labour just before 39 weeks.

Alright, thank you for your reply, spoke with the team today and they told me they wont let me pass 39 weeks anyway. I have never thought the third trimester would be this tough lol
