Does anyone know how to attach a phone to a smartphone projector?

I bought a Vamvo projector to use with my phone ( Samsung), but it doesn't work! So disappointed...I think I need some kind of cable to attach it but the instructions are v unclear to me, is there anyone who is techno savvy who might be able to help me? Please!

Don't they work on Bluetooth or WiFi?

Turn projector on and search for Bluetooth devices in phone settings to see if it can find it?

I think it needs an hml cable

I don't know about that particular projector but I've connected my phone to a projector using an HDMI cable plus an HDMI-C adapter.

Their website seems to say in the descriptions - for example, this one says it needs a Lightning/Micro USB/Type C/ to HDMI adapter

You could buy a chromecast. Then you can cast to it from your phone.

Did you get it to work? I have a similar problem. I got Dd a Wiumus projector for Christmas and we can't connect it.

No I didnt, but because I can cast my phone onto my tv I can get it to work that way. I went into Currys to see if they could help me but they said they didn't stock that cable. I've looked online but it's so confusing to find the right cable that I have given up!
