turn around times for PCR

Hello,

Wondering how quickly people are receiving results from PCR tests at the moment.

Posted mine on Monday, royal mail tracking still isn't showing it as on the system for tracking.

I've had no tracking available before on a previous test, then suddenly the test results were sent to me.

We've had to delay plans to wait for the result, so hoping to hear soon.

Anyone had a test result in the last few days?

In SE England if that makes a difference.

Yes posted monday received back today. Impressed as had heard tales of it taking nearly a week.

Did you post it well before the last collection time as it was a bank holiday?

I posted one about 2pm on Monday, tracking showed it collected 7pm and delivered around midnight. Got results in the early hours of this morning. (East Anglia)

(The last collection for the box I used was 3pm last day)

Mine came within 15 hours yesterday

I was an hour ahead of the 3pm collection.

Wondering now if it's gone AWOL

Just got the results (negative), so a few days turnaround.

Private company (cheapest possible, after travel), DS posted it on 19.12 & didn't get result back until 27.12 (!)
