Organising tips?

I'm sure this has been asked before but am wondering if anyone has any organisation/ time saving tips to share?

Since September I am in work, went back to University for a very demanding course, two young children, DH also in an extremely demanding job, no family close by to help....

....the last few months have been an absolute whirlwind and left me very frazzled. All heading back to school/work next week and am trying to find any way to minimise the stress and looking for any tips.

Am thinking of planing all clothes for the week and having them out in a separate box (school, swimming, pe, drama club etc), getting better at meal planning, but am on the hunt for any great ideas?

I have an old fashioned wall calendar on my kitchen wall and I use it to record school holidays, events, birthdays, insurance dates, MOTs etc. I like to see what is coming up that month. I also have a small diary in my bag and record the same info, for when I'm out. Some people use their phones, but I like the paper system!!

I buy all birthday cards at the start of the year, 5 for £1 type ones if through children get invited to a birthday party and a few occasion cards (good luck, condolences etc). I buy a few rolls of non Christmasy wrapping paper on Boxing Day for birthdays.

I bulk buy laundry detergent, softener, rice, pasta and dare I say, loo roll, from Costco (non perishable items). I buy a couple of items every month, so it's manageable.

In my efforts to be more green, I've switched to reusable cotton pads for face cleaning and period undies. I still use disposables if it's more convenient, but haven't needed to buy any for about 18 month. It was one less thing on my mind during lockdown, knowing that I had reusables.

Thank you!
I love the wrapping paper and cards idea! Am definitely going to do that. Calendar and buying in bulk too- thanks!
