Help please left overs

I have a lot of smoked salmon left over and it is very delicious.

I have friends coming tonight and want to include this in some type of canapés - have you got and ideas that are easy to put together?

I am popping to the supermarket at 2pm and can pick up anything needed to go with it

Not very high-end but you can't beat a Ritz cracker with cream cheese and smoked salmon!

In a vol au vent with cream cheese for retro heaven
On a blink with sour cream
Make sure you add lots of lemon juice dill and black pepper

thanks, think I may use the blini and cream cheese - that sounds easy

the main course recipe sounds lovely - but im not doing main courses
