Does anyone here use ticketmaster? Mobile ticket, Can no longer go..

I booked a show for next year, Just found out I have to be somewhere else on the same night and where I have to be is about 400 miles away from where the show is so I won't be able to make it.

It's a mobile ticket. If I go to my account 'transfer ticket' is greyed out so I can't transfer it to anyone.

Is there a way I can pass the ticket onto someone else to use as rather that than let it go to waste? (Too late to get a refund on ticketmaster and 'sell ticket' is also greyed out)

Unless it's Hamilton, you can screen shot and pass it on I think. Otherwise how would you give tickets as presents?
Hamilton requires id and the payment card to stop touts.

My son was able to do this for me last week.
I'm not tech savvy but he transferred my ticket onto his phone and name changed within minutes.
