Going to be in Leicestershire for a couple of days, need some ideas of things to do. We generally like walking and being outside but done quite a lot of that recently. Kids are 12-16. Bonus if something older but mobile grandparents can do/ observe.

Look at Lane 7 and East Street Lanes.

We have go karting, a new laser quest place, adventure golf, good shops and independent restaurants (St Martins Square is good for that) and two climbing places.

Thanks, the climbing sounds good, I'll look it up.

Horse-riding?

You can check out approved equestrian centres on the BHS website:

Thanks, I'll look into the ninja warrior too. I'm a riding coach so quite picky about riding places but might have a look. Tricky to find something to suit everyone . We've done what feels like all the local walks many times on previous visits.
