I'm helping someone who has problems with tidying, to the point of it almost being hoarding.
She has a slim wheelie bin for household rubbish, a blue bag for cardboard, food waste mini bin and a rectangular tub thing for plastic, glass, tins etc, which is all standard for our county. One of the things she struggles with is managing when her household rubbish wheelie is full.
The council won't take bins with the lids up. She doesn't qualify for a bigger bin. The recycling centre/ tip is quite distant and she doesn't drive. She says that the stuff in her 'normal' bin is all unsuitable for recycling, mostly plastics they won't pick up, cat food pouches.
What can she do to avoid extra bags of rubbish piling up in her garden?
