Anyone know what this rash could be on 2 yr old??

Hi everyone, my little girl is 22m. I did her nappy before and noticed this rash, she seems fine in herself and doesnt seem bothered by it.
Shes never had any type of rash before so dont really know what to think? Could it be something viral?

Looks like hives but difficult to tell - does it blanch? I’d ring GP and ask if you can send a pic. Though not sure if it’s on out of hours?

Rashes are rarely serious though if they are blanching and the child is well in themselves.

I agree it could be hives or even a heat rash. At her age I’d want it looked at even though she’s well in herself.
