can i return used diary to amazon?

received new diary and was quick to start entering birthdays and stuff, but as I turned the pages I noticed what looks like a blood stain, can I still return it even though I've used it?

I would, yes. You realised the product was already used. Specify it all clearly in the reason for return.

Contact the seller with a picture and see what they say.

I've done live chat but cannot get passed the standard set answers and then it takes me straight to generating a return. I have done that, I was just hoping to be able to explain why. Anyway, we'll see what happens.

Do the phone option - it is vastly better than the live chat, and I would guess they will just replace your diary with very few questions asked (I doubt they'll want the used one returned.)
