The Love Actually type situation thread

I cannot find it but a lady posted about how she had a 'Love Actually' Emma Thompson moment. She had checked her DH's bank statements and saw large amounts of money taken out e.g £120 / £500-£700 and think some of it was at Cartier.
Anyway she obviously expecting something very substantial at Christmas but just got a jumper and a book.
What happened to this poster? The 'watching' thing doesn't work and I cannot find the thread.
