Twatty ex twatty presents for dc. Anyone else?

My twatty ex had dc for first time for Xmas this year (long story). Made a huge deal about how his presents must stay at his house. I just collected dc this evening. All the lovely Lego presents stayed at his house. The fucking tabletop drum kits he bought them, funnily enough, came back to my house HmmHmmHmm

I mean, it so obviously pathetically a petty 'get at ex' present it's almost funny.

Except the eldest dc (not the one who received said drum kit) has ASC and is really triggered by loud discordant noise, so the likely outcome of the using of the kit will be a meltdown which is awful for all of the dc. But ex appears incapable of engaging his brain to consider the children beyond his own wants or whims. Sigh.

What a wanker he is. Are you able to connect headphones to the drums to help minimise the noise? Or will DC understand that their sibling can't tolerate the noise?

Send them back to his house with them .... my ex does things like this.....

"okay have we got all your things for dads? Teddy? iPad? Oh don't forget your drums to show dad how good you are Wink

That is an idea - I will investigate in the morning. Dc who received it says it was their best Xmas present 😬

Ah yes - sending back next time is a diabolically good idea. Grin
