DH has covid. Me and 2 DCs are negative so far. His birthday is this week. What can I do to make his birthday special at home?

Birthday table - for DS birthday, we decorated the dinning table with a party table cloth, balloons and sweets. He loved it and insists he has a 'birthday' table every year. Get in his favourite foods and drinks and decorate a nice area.

Family and friends - arrange for them all to FaceTime throughout the day, so he has something to look forward to.

Arrange some family games like quizzes or treasure hunts you can do together. Get hold of a film you can all watch together.

Oh I love the idea of a birthday table! I will head out tomorrow to sort this!

We will definitely have to do lots of facetiming...could have done doorstep visits but half the family have covid 😩

Escape room in a box thingy, cupcakes on a tray, wine and movies. You could also have some cake, games and music too. Party food, decorations and quizzes make things fun for everyone. Streamers and photos.
