If he’s not finishing feeds, grumpy, sleepy… he’s poorly and needs medical attention, regardless of his temperature.

Always a good website to have saved with young children.

Good to get checked. What does the thermometer say you are? How old is baby?

He's 4 months. It says I am 36.6

Definitely get him seen asap, low temps can indicate infection and sepsis and you need to act fast. Don’t piss around second guessing, either A&E or call out of hours service. Is he responsive, normal colour or is he bit pale, and floppy? If latter it’s an ambulance you want.

rrhuth · 27/12/2021 18:01

I am glad you are getting checked!

rrhuth · 27/12/2021 18:02

And I agree with @Christoncrutches when they say don't piss around

ItsAllAboutTheLighting · 27/12/2021 18:03

Hope he's ok. Pop some more layers on him as well in case it's environmental

santaclothes · 27/12/2021 18:03

So you are 36.6 and he is 36.3?

Did you check your own temp when his was low?

Snow1n · 27/12/2021 20:19

I hope everything is ok OP and your little one has been checked out

mommybear1 · 27/12/2021 20:22

Hope he is ok OP
