Wondering if anyone's had this and could help shed some light?
My son is 10 months old and has a perforated ear drum from a really horrid virus he caught a few weeks ago 
He was seen by the GP a week ago who diagnosed it. They said it was full of discharge but didn't look infected at the moment.
However it is still leaking loads of fluid quite regularly. It is pus/cloudy fluid that comes out and it's quite a lot.
They told me it could take around 2-3 weeks to heal completely but I'm wondering how long it should be leaking like this for?
It seems like such a lot to still be coming out, when it comes it drips/runs down the side of his face it's so much he keeps tugging on it and seems so uncomfortable until the fluid comes out as well.
