Never ending cold

Just how can I shift it? The blocked nose / ears / not being able to taste anything is getting miserable now.

Any tips for unblocking please? Nothing seems to be working

I feel your pain. Mine is tons better than 3 weeks ago but I’m still snotty and headachy! It’s weird how long it’s hanging around!
