As the title, I have Christmas money to treat myself. I have caveats! I am recovering from injury so can't buy anything exercise related. I don't want food products. I can't have massages. I want something that will contribute positively to my health. Possibly thinking air purifier but not sure. Anyone able to recommend me something?

I know you said not exercise related but maybe a Fitbit or similar to track your activity and sleep levels? And a subscription to the Calm app would be good too 😊

A weighted blanket?

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 27/12/2021 15:38

Nice bubble bath and a candle, for relaxing baths?
A new wok/casserole dish and a vegan/veggie cookbook?

@Rexthesnail I bought dd a weighted blanket a while ago, I can’t believe how much of a difference it has made to her sleep and mental well-being. It’s not erased all her troubles but she’s getting adequate sleep more often and says she wouldn’t want to be without it now!
Not sure if you need any help in that department op but might be useful for anyone else considering one.

Have you had physio? Could the money pay for a couple of physio appointments?

Rexthesnail · 27/12/2021 15:45

@TheChosenTwo
I have one and so does my SEN daughter, they are great, really relaxing, and help with sleep. If I get stressed or overwhelmed, 10minutes under one really helps!
