A couple of years ago I had what used to be called a 'mental breakdown'. When I was getting better I registered a domain name with Blue Host as I was thinking about starting up my own company. I've since found other employment and haven't given it a thought. I've had an email from them and they are ready to take $411 from my account to keep my domain active. I don't want the domain name or their services. I can't seem to cancel, as they don't recognise my email address. Any ideas, pretty please? X
