Life is pretty hard here right now, 2021 has not been a good year and nor was most of 2020 and now, to top things off, my beautiful DD (who I was counting on to come and help me) has tested positive for covid. She and her DH were due to visit tomorrow for a couple of days, I was looking forward so much to seeing them and to having some adult conversation and a hand with DH and the fosterlings. It just feels like the final straw at the moment.
