Have a packet of pigs in blanket, the use by was the 24th December. Have opened them and they smell completely fine.
Are they safe to cook and eat?

Yes of course.

Yes, if they look alright and smell alright they are fine.

I wouldn’t

I wouldn’t eat pork past the sell by date of two days

Yes, just make sure they are thoroughly cooked. We get all of our meat from a butcher and fish from a fishmonger. None of it has a sell by or use by date. It baffles me how people always say "ooh I wouldn't touch anything past its use by date". We don't know for any of ours. If it's off, you know. That's why we have noses and eyes. We've been using them for a lot longer than supermarkets have existed.

Yes without doubt!
