Morning MN,
I'm having a rare lazy morning and taking the opportunity to think about changes I want to make in 2022. I have a really busy and stressful life, I often feel like I'm drowning and at times my MH really suffers from the mental and physical load.
I already know the things that alleviate stress for me personally but I'm really rubbish at sticking to these things or routines. I start off well and then things just get too busy or something unexpected happens that I have to deal with takes priority until I'm running on empty again and get caught in a cycle of stress.
What are your tips for actually making time for yourself?
