We had Christmas lunch at 2pm turkey etc.

The fridge is calling me but I have period pains from hell and feel like my insides may fall out if I stand up Xmas Sad

Painkillers aren’t helping, will cheese, chocolate and alcohol?

What have you eaten so far today?

Scrambled egg on toast for breakfast

Lunch was veggie haggis, veggie sausages stuffing, roast potatoes, parsnips, sprouts, carrots, cranberry sauce and gravy followed by Christmas pudding and ice cream

A small packet of crisps

Leftovers sandwiches with the veggie sausages, stuffing and cranberry sauce

Later will probably have a small plate of crackers with veggie pate, chutney and cheese

Sorry you’re feeling rubbish. Mine is due tomorrow and I’m already stocked up with painkillers etc. Flowers

Sooooo much 😆

Croissant, bagel with smoked salmon & cream cheese, coffee & juice this morning.

Massive Christmas dinner.

Eton mess & tiramisu (couldn’t choose, so had both).

Christmas cake.

I might go in for something else in an hour or so. Leaving the leftovers, Xmas pud & cheeseboard until tomorrow, but there is trifle and some mince pies winking at me.

delilahbucket · 25/12/2021 19:15

Bacon and mushroom sandwich.
Citrus gravadlax with horseradish cream and salad at about 1:30pm.
Picking at bacon that was wrapped around the turkey.
Christmas dinner - turkey, pigs, stuffing balls, parsnips, carrots, broccoli cheese (couldn't get a cauliflower), roast potatoes, gravy.

Can't face dessert! Lots of champagne, started as mimosa's this morning, lots of water in between. Might be opening the Bailey's soon.

SantaMonicaPier · 25/12/2021 19:17

Ps. Ibuprofen and paracetamol, taken every four hours without fail and if that doesn't work, naproxen (prescription which doesn't help right now but in the future) with paracetamol. Hot water bottle is good too.

GreatBigBeautifulTommorow · 25/12/2021 19:32

@delilahbucket Thankyou Flowers

About to have strawberries and banana.

It's the first year I can remember when I haven't felt sick and bloated. Absolutely full, but not feeling ill.

Thinking about it, since I got my diagnosis and went gluten free, I haven't had the feeling that my uterus is trying to crawl out through my spine and strangle me.
