Does anyone know how to cancel a TUI holiday?!

I booked one in November (for April 2022) and now need to cancel. I’ve been on the website and have downloaded the app, but their assurance that you can amend/cancel your booking using ‘Manage My Booking’ appears to be a blatant porky pie! I just cannot work out how to do it. Can anyone please help?

How did you book it, online, phone or in one of their shops?

Online. I’ve looked at the Manage My Booking page endlessly but there’s no cancel option that I can fathom.

Are you looking on your phone or on a laptop? A lot of websites have a slimmed down version for phones which is missing a lot of useful stuff.

Ah that's weird then, I was going to say perhaps you have to cancel via the method you booked but that's blown my theory out of the water.

Go to manage booking scroll down it’s there

It is there under manage my booking, you just need to scroll down.
